We recognise the frustrations, barriers and excessive demands put on GPs. This course will teach participants how to build resilience and promote physical and psychological wellbeing. It includes new research on burnout and how to avoid it.

The course will be a balance of evidence-based theory, small group or pair exercises, and the opportunity to work and reflect on your own.

The format will be conversational: please ask questions or make comments at any time.

Flourishing was created in 2018. We combine expertise in psychology with significant experience in teaching and learning. Jo personally worked in the NHS alongside GPs from 2004 – 2011.
